The Personal stuff

Beyond biohacking, sauna’s and trying to crush my next Ice Bath record, Im the rebellious black sheep doing life very differently.

An Aunty to two little nephews and I consider myself Christian and Spiritual but also very practical and logical.

I connect the most with Media Creatives, artists, writers, Coaches and Entrepreneurs because there are huge shared values present of truth, honesty and self expression that transpires through their work and who they are. I also love working with professionals in the Wellness space as Health has become one of my highest values and a field I have come into immense understanding having lost over 120Lbs.

As well as living abroad in 10 countries: France, Australia, Cambodia, Thailand, New Zealand, Spain, Bali, Mexico, Costa Rica, USA (LA, Utah, Texas) Ive also spent time Volunteering and teaching English In South Africa, Costa Rica, Cambodia and Bali, I have loved working with children, these experiences gave me a soul nourishing foundation for impactful education and service in the world.

A legacy I would love to leave behind is creating more quality connection in the world, and dissolving everything that stops us from doing that with each other in truth so that we can flourish more and Lead by example.

Qualifications and Coaching Journey

My adult healing and Coaching journey began at the age of 20 attending one of the top Universities in the UK to study Applied Psychology at Durham. Followed by the Landmark Forum Curriculum: Advanced & Self Expression and Leadership at 21, which I retook a decade later. I hired my first NLP Life Coach at 24, left corporate for the first time & moved to Bali for 2 years and ran a Community focused events company where I was immersed in real time healing. Within 2 days of launching, I had 1000 members.

Off the back of an invitation by one of my then Clients I attended Tony Robbins’ Unleash the Power Within Conference in Singapore and I was so moved by the content and energy of 13, 000 people in the room, I researched Tony’s teachings which are all rooted in NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming)

NLP has been around since the 70s and empowers, enables and teaches us to better understand the way our brain (Neuro) processes the words we use (linguistic) and how that can impact our past, present and future (programming) It is a set of principles aimed at enhancing self awareness, increasing confidence, building communication skills, productivity, and motivating positive social interactions. It gives us strategies, tools and techniques for observing human behaviour and our thinking patterns.

Months later I was qualifying in LA, Venice Beach to become a Master NLP Practitioner, and a year later retook in Bali out of passion and love for the craft.

For the last few years I’ve been a part of many masterminds and 1:1 Coaching under Tony Robbins, Matthew Hussey, Fit for Service, Nikki Sharp, Mel Wells and many more.

Shortly after leaving my last Corporate role in Private Equity 2023, I qualified in Business & Executive Coaching with Barefoot Coaching under the International Coaching Federation. Something I always wanted to do!

I also love to dabble with diplomas and further education, and in the last year completed Diplomas in NeuroPsychology, Shadow Mastery and Inner Child Healing.

Plant Medicine

In 2019 I underwent my first ayahuasca ceremony, followed by 2 more a few years later, then sitting with Kambo in Austin, Texas last year and most recently received the Initiatory Peru Invitation to sit in my fourth Ceremony in the Sacred Valley in April.

This work has been fundamental for my clients, how I serve, and my own Healing Journey.
